PRADA HANDBAGS REVEW THE CANAPA SATCHEL

prada_canapa_satchel

There is something about neutral canvas set against hot orange that makes it perfect beyond words. For summer, it is just what the mood calls for, bright and colorful yet laid back. And if you are tanned, nothing looks better than this combination.

Luckily for me, I am tan year round so I can start wearing this at Easter. Not that the bag is especially exciting but they struck gold with the easy to use everyday bag in this color combo. There is a Tod’s vibe to the style – Prada handbags  and Tod’s have been off and on looking like each other for years, I lose track of who is “influenced” by who.

This does look just like Car Shoe, which is a part of the Prada bags Group. Prada Canapa Satchel at Bergdorf Goodman for $1195.

JESSICA ALBA LOVES PRADA SPAZZOLATE TOTE BAG

jessica-alba-loves-her-prada-and-so-do-i-003

We’ve seen our girl Jessica Alba carry this same bag just a little while ago. I had to agree with Amanda when she said she wasn’t really a huge fan of the Prada Spazzolato Tote Bag.

It was ok; nothing to write home about and actually a bit pricey. However, the more I see people carrying this Prada bags and the more I see it with different outfits, the more I like it.

Jessica was seen doing some shopping with a friend in Beverly Hills looking great. She has a knack for dressing down but still looking put together. Rarely do I see her looking like a slob and unless she is heading to an event never looks over done.

I really despise seeing celebs look like Barbie dolls while they are shopping or running errands; it is just so not necessary! So, this Prada purses is growing on me… what about you?

SOPHISTICATEDLY IN STYLE PRADA BLACK BASKETWOVEN TOTE BAG

prada-black-leather-basketwoven-tote

Woven bags are starting to dominate the fashion scene today since, if you still do not know, such is the cool trend to anchor the hot season of the spring and summer. I’ve already seen a lot of woven bags lately, but I guess this Prada Black Leather Basketwoven Tote Bags also shows a hint of sophistication despite its casual design.

This tote is made from soft leather and is designed in basketwoven style. The shade, which is obviously in black, is definitely a classic and versatile choice that can perfectly work with whatever ensembles. This Prada bags  may not come bright, which is also another trend for the said seasons, but its woven design and simply its entirety is enough to make it work not only for spring and summer but even for the rest of the seasons.

Aside from that, this Prada handbags  is also functional with its kind of large dimension at 17 x 11 x 7 inches. It has a hidden magnetic closure on top, and inside this bag are zip and pouch pockets that sit on the jacquard logo lining. This also comes with a logo tab accented with extended tassels, dangling from its 10-inch drop of double leather straps.

Bluefly is offering this Prada purses for $2,072.

JESSICA ALBA CARRIES PRADA VELLUTO SERE CLUTCH SNOB OR SLOB?

 al20 bag prada

O man is this a bad one or what!? Jessica Alba was recently photographed in the Prada Fall/Winter 2009 Velluto Sere Clutch ($1,350), which just has way too much going on (thankfully Alba paired the clutch with a simple dress).

As if pulling off a velvet purse isn’t difficult enough, Prada bags has decided to add sequin, bead, and stud embellishments. Plus that strap on the side looks so cheaply constructed.

The only redeeming quality is that the prada handbags  is lined with satin (though since it’s not reversible that doesn’t get anyone very far…). I also find the color pictured above, as well as the color of the one Alba is sporting pretty hideous.

PRADA BAGS REVIEW: THE STRUZZO EXECUTIVE TOTE BAG

Prada-Struzzo-Executive-Tote

It has been a long time since we covered an ostrich skin bag . I just realized that. We spoke about some ostrich bags seen in Fall/Winter 2010 runway shows, but before that we hadn’t shown one since December. And while many of you do not like the look or idea of ostrich skin, I always had an affinity to certain ostrich skin bags. Maybe not so much anymore? Because as I sit here looking at the Prada Struzzo Executive Tote I am totally underwhelmed. And underwhelmed by both the skin and the design. Actually, Prada in general continues to let me down.

I popped into the Prada handbags boutique last weekend with a couple of friends and made my way around the store quicker than any other store we went into. The collection was part odd part lackluster. And all I kept thinking is what happened? I used to find joy in so many Prada bags designs and used to look to Prada each season with anticipation.

The design of this exact bag is not a bad design, it is just not a design that gives me much excitement. Right now I am looking to add some different designs in my collection, bags that have more zest, and Prada doesn’t seem to have it. This tote is simple and seemingly there is nothing to complain about. The golden metal hardware gives a sophisticated touch along with the business-like shape with the East/West body and double top handles. The inside has jacquard lining and a zip pocket. Measurements are 9 1/2″H x 14 3/4″W x 6 3/4″D.

You end up paying for the name and the skin in this prada purses, a whopping $5,995 at Bergdorf Goodman.
